I have a form where I want to put a command button with Click code:
MODIFY REPORT myreport.FRX

That works basically, however, the user does not have access to the Report Controls Toolbar. For some reason or another the View menu bar does not contain the option Report Controls Toolbar.

Is there some way how I can programmatically enforce that Report Controls Toolbar to appear for the users?
