They should make sure they have the latest version of the Borland release of dBASE, I do not know what that version is and my only machine with it installed is 1500 miles away. It's a similar problem to what FoxPro has when generating internal filenames based on the system clock, the fast machines generate non-unique names. I know the version works throu at least P-100 class machines, but it may not work on P2/3 machines. You might try the Borland or Xbase newsgroups or the CompuServe forums.
