Hi -

I am creating forms in the form designer and do not know how to create/incorporate the type of controls I want for data navigation on my forms. I have been able to open up the foundation classes and drag VCR controls over to my form, and they work fine. But, there is not much to choose from in the foundation classes.

However, I would like to have more than just << >> on my form. I would like to have a button that allows me to delete record, to add a record and to see the record count. As it stands now, when I "run" my form, I can't do anything, b/c there is no cursor on the form. So, I can't even enter a record on my form.

Questions:

1. How do I get my cursor to appear in my form so I can input data?

2. How can I create better VCR controls than just
