Another option might be to email some of the presenters and ask for a copy of their notes or presentation...some of them may be able to help and some may not (due to copyright restrictions).

Generally speaking, the articles posted here on the UT surpass the materials you get at DevCon, which are mainly outlines to be able to follow a presentation in person. Jim Booth has several outstanding articles here on the UT on general, DevCon-related topics.
