It was a spooky coincidence. I received a few brochures from Stonefield earlier in the day.

Things worked-out fortunately. My global error handler didn't handle the error specifically and it didn't give the option of repairing the memo file. The VFP default error handler gave an option of fixing the file. The header was okay, so we were okay.
