There is a more quick method to adjust the order!!

1) Right-Click Grid, Select Edit in Popup Menu
2) Drag the 3rd Column Header and move to 2nd Column!!

^_~ Simply Mouse action can make it!!

There are some grid properties to make User Fail to do this drag action
in run time!!!
