You see that, too? We have a PB project that was supposed to take 18 months and is now 20 months over in time...the developer is sharp, the needs are documented but PB itself has been the issue.
Interestingly, I've seen the same thing for some large and moderate scale VB projects. And I'd be lying if I hadn't seen some smelly VFP projects too.
