I posted a change a few weeks ago that *may* address this problem:

1. In the CForms.vcx library, open the CBizObjForm class
2. In the SetPrimaryBizObj() method, comment out the following line at the bottom of the method:

This.SetFilePos()

3. Close the class and save changes.

If this doesn't fix the problem, try the sample application's "Client" form to see if you can duplicate the behavior, or see what's different from what you're doing.
