Hi Andy,
I guess that you are using Windows 3.x, if that is the case you
are not running out of memory, you are running out of "resources",
you need to "tune up" your Windows, check the cache, parameters in
smartdrv, etc.., or try using one of those software like "Ram Doubler"
I've been using Ram doubler for a long time sucesfully. And
as Rock said, you can try to do a "fresh" install of everything.
