>OK, dumb question, y'all: I create p-views at my office using the Local Views option of the Data area of my project. Now I want to move these views to my client and load them up there. Where are they?? What file(s) do I copy from my machine in order to accomplish this? Or will they be part of the EXE when it is built??

As mentioned, views are stored as records in a database. If you want to copy the entire database definition, just copy the dbc, dct, dcx files to the new site. If your client already has a dbc, and you only need these views copies, your only choice is to get the programmatic definitions of the views and to run those definitions on the client database to create the views there. You can get a view's programmatic definition by running the GenDBC utility that comes with VFP. This utility creates a programmatic definition of your entire database, and you would have to find your view definitions and cut them out. Alternatively, you can download and use the GenView utility available here in the files section to create a definition of just one view at a time (I highliy recommend the latter as the simpler approach).
