in forms there is a mighty method SETALL. With this method you can set properties of any object contained in the form very easy and at runtime.
You can filter on class. This becomes a free fire method if you use
property_assign methods in VFP6, too.
Add a new property to your mylabel class and place the code in the assign_method
of that property, where you can retrieve the value you assigned. This should give you all the flexibility you need.
