Do you have SET RESOURCE ON?
Could you SET RESOURCE TO your resource file?

>Am I nuts or is it not possible to restore the development screen with the toolbars "docked" along the top and bottom of the screen. For example I prefer to work with the Form Designer and Layout toolbars docked along the tope and bottom of the screens in a single row. I have a resource file which apparently saves the positions but does not restore them
