You described the symptom perfectly! I have so many users on so many different machines that I'd be surprised if it was either video or printer drivers. I found three others who have seen it too, but no one has an answer. MS listened and never responded when I actually (if you can imagine) called with a telephone! If only I could get away with providing my users with the same level of support--maybe I'd be a billionaire.
