I was under the impression that you develope on a development machine and only install on the production machine once the dll is fully debugged and changed to your liking. At least that is how we have been doing it in VB. Once we want to put something into production the web sysops must reboot the server with our new dll's (IIS 3). Are we doing it wrong?
