In addition to what Giesbert told you, look in the UT Knowledge Base (the purple book) in the FAQ section under Project Manager. Simply attaching the icon as he mentioned won't cause it to be displayed in the Windows Explorer. The FAQ I wrote lists, step-by-step, how to get it to be displayed.
