Thanks for the repsonse - I have a quick follow up question. Do you recommend that I just simply set my view on the form, which appears to work just fine.

Is that a common practice? The only reason I asked about setting a form on a form, b/c I can do that easily in Access and I thought there might be a way in FoxPro. But, if I can set a view in there, will that be just fine?
