>Why have a test that no one is taking and doesn't count toward current certification. It was for a product that is 2 versions old. The VFP 6.0 exams are under development and will be ready later this year.

I don't understand your first sentence. I would love to take a VFP test to be certified but MSFT keeps changes the rules and haven't been able to take a VFP exam since November. Finding a place that trains in it is next to impossible. I heard someone say that xBASE was a 'dirty' word because it is so hard to find good programmers. It is Catch-22. How can there be any good programmers if no one teaches the newbies to be good programmers?

VFP6 is already a year old and will be a year and a half if you are right about the schedule. This is just another way of MSFT not taking VFP seriously.
