I was trying to fill them with the "REPLACE" command because the structure is set for uploading to a adabas database. I have not wrote the code to create that table just because of the business rules involved. Multiple joins or unions in SQL confuses me, especially this one.

Then you may want to post a new message when you get back and include a little more detail -- Key Field(s) in each table, how each table is related to the other, business rule you are trying to meet, etc.
