Bill,

>>Eh Rod, it was:). And I'll post what I want on the UT regardless of what you >>think.

I know you can post whatever you want to. I just think that people should carry a certain level of responsibilty to what they post. There is enough "chicken little syndrome" going on here. If you want to spread rumor then that's fine with me. I'll still like you <g>

>>If it doesn't educate or enlighten you, I'm sorry. It's clearly enlightened >>and educated others. The so-called "3rd hand innuendo" was the point, not the >>problem. If you don't get it, don't post it here for the world to comment on

I think we can give people here a certain level of credit. They know that there are a number of people that are "un-informed" about VFP and its status in the MSFT world. Do the people here need to hear over and over again that people say VFP is dead or dying. THEY KNOW IT!!!!

One of the interesting things about the internet is the amount of un-substantiated, un-confirmed information that is posted. If you were writing a column for PC-WEEK, InfoWorld would you post your information as news ? Is it news or is it a rumor ???

Thanks,
Rod
