You can (or for several months now, could; that may have been changed with the pending production release) download it from the Microsoft Windows Update Web Site, and pre-order it (due out on March 18th) from MS as well on CD for a nomincal fee. The beta was in the last MSDN Universal Subscription distribution as well, along with the Office2K beta.
