False Alarm. I just discovered that it had to have been caused by human error, two data-entry people just happened to have inadvertently entered the same data on two different occasions. There were two separate blocks of records, and it looked exactly like the duplicate record problem caused by power interruptions.
Glad to know it was not an electronic glitch.

>I haven't seen this problem since earlier versions of Fox, but today I discovered a block of 1500 records duplicated in one of my most important and widely used FPD26 data tables. It's easy enough to fix after you examine the file closely, but I thought this problem had long since vanished about 6-8 years ago.
