I have been using Robert Abram's FTP class, and the system works exceptionally well. We occasionally, on one client's system do get the following error, and don't know where to go from here:

ERROR(12003)-ERROR_INTERNET_EXTENDED_ERROR
Extended ERror Info - (0) - 200 Type set to I.
500 'RT xxx,xx,xx,xx,x,x':command not understood

The x's appear to be an ftp address.
