Have you checked Jose Constant's reply? If you still don't find the file, then
follow this link to kb article Q167121Be aware that this is for Visual Studio 97. Latest service pack for VS97 is SP3, so if you haven't got it yet it'll be better if you download the whole SP3 and install it. The SP will include this file.HTH
