ActiveX documentation is so sketchy I'm wondering how to judge what controls to use, which are better than others and what kinds of memory/performance hits are associated with various controls.

For example, I just started using the Forms 2.0 Command Button control (just so that I could change the background color!) and I found that I end up getting fm20.dll which is over 1MB - Whoa!!

Any thoughts anybody?
