>In VFP the manual says that the @M funtion for textboxes in included for backward compatability but what are we supposed to use when we have a list of acceptable choices that the user can enter. I don't want to use a listbox because I only have two choices. The @M seemed like the right thing to use but I want to use a better replacement for future upgrades.
Use a combobox or a radiobutton. And I think you still can use @M. Even if it's included only for backward compatibility, it's INCLUDED. So, it must work.
