It's not difficult to build your own, and make it nicer to use than GETCOLOR(), which has a lot of useless selections (and allows users to make ghastly color configurations with dithered messes :) Basically, you can create a form with labels containing at least the 16 standards, and then a list of objects which can be colored -- select an object, click on a color, which calls a method to color all the that type of object using Setall, for example...

I have my own reasons and situations for allowing color selections, but I'd take Craig's point about user Window settings seriously, too...
