Hi,

I remember seeing somewhere on UT that the "new" calendar control (msacal70.ocx) can not have it's value property referenced directly. I didn't pay much attention because it didn't effect me - - until today. I have a user who installed 6.0 (for some other work). My app is 5.0 and still resides on his machine. My app works fine except a form with the calendar control on it. They get a "property VALUE not found". Two questions:

1) I initially told them to just replace the msacal70.ocx with one from a machine that works. This did NOT fix it. Why wouldn't it? Does it need to be re-registered? ( Active X is not my specialty .... yet :-) )

2) How can I code for either calendar being there? Is it as simple as a Pemstatus/5 check for the VALUE property?

(I don't have 6.0 on my machine - so no way to test this stuff for myself locally, so any help appreciated)
