Thanks for that, Bruce. I will look at the online version in some detail and will probably buy the hardcopy.
On the other hand, I have a difference of opinion with you as regards the PG. If you call including the new stuff (virtually all of it) at the back of the book with virtually *no* integration into those areas where things might be helpful, then I guess that is "an improvement".
I suppose the concept of actually improving it by, for instance, further elaborating on those many highly repetitive topics which arise in forums like this (because there is insufficient detail in the PG to start with) never crosses the writer's minds.
