If you would like a progress bar that is not OCX-based, download PROGBAR.ZIP from the UT files section. It is an easy-to-use implementation of an API-based progress bar class developed by Alexander Grigorjev, which he posted here on UT as COMMCTRL.ZIP. One advantage of this class is that you do not need to care which version of COMCTL32.OCX is on your end-users' machines, or even whether it is present at all.
