I've created a connection to a FoxPro DBC (call it DBC "Remote") and accessed it with a remote view (in a different project/DBC call it DBC "Local").

I have a stored procedure called Newid() in DBC "Remote" that creates a unique id in a table within the "Remote" DBC. However, when I try to append a record in DBC "Remote" the Newid() stored procedure in DBC "Remote" does not fire?? Any suggestions
