Isn't it still under Tools/Options/Forms?

>I recently upgraded to 6.0. I can't for the life of me remember how to make my own custom classes appear as the default in the forms control toolbar whenever I re-start VFP and open a form in the designer. I managed to get my class toolbar to appear in the list of choices when I click on the 'books' Icon, however when I re-start VFP it always defaults to the standard toolbar, and not my custom toolbar. What have I forgotten?
