As far as a framework, it's actually just an old(VFP3) Tastrade one that I've customized a bit. When I'm talking about the different 'patterns', I'm using the book 'Design Patterns - Elements of Reusable Object-Oriented Software' by Gamma, Helm, Johnson and Vlissides.
