Do a search for "calendar" in the UT files section, there are about a half dozen solutions there. Or you can download GETDATE.ZIP from the FoxPro Developers page of my website (http://www.prairienet.org/ita/foxpage.htm), which is a VFP implementation of the Microsoft ActiveX calendar control MSACAL70.OCX.
