>You may try the ActiveX progressbar that comes with vfp50. In one of your forms, add an ole container control, size it and when you're asked for the type, select "Create Control". From the list select MS ProgressBar control. I'm using 6.0, and the file that it comes in is MSComctl.ocx. There's also several progressbar classes here in the files section->Classes. HTH
