They have put together a 2 day class for VFP developers to learn VB. Sort of starting with something we know to see the how to use VB to accomplish the same tasks, learn the differences, advantages, disadvantges. I'll take the class on 4/24-25. I'm sure I'll even learn something about VFP.

Whil Hentzen has been covering this in a series of articles in FoxTalk. At the last DevCon, I suggested this as a topic for this year, but I don't see it on the schedule.
