Have a look at the DoVerb command in the help file.

Be warned, there is a bug (in VFP 5.0 / Word 6/95, anyway) with the OLE container control for Word documents that will reset the page size to 'Custom' and the same width as the OLE container (e.g. 4 inches). Mr Pikman's answer is probably better than using embedded Word objects, especially as it's very hard to detect when a user has finished or updated the Word Object via a container.
