Since text file don't have the notion of font, VFP tries to do it best to make it appear like the printout, without much success in many cases.

You can try:
- Modify the report layout until the ASCII output is satisfactory
- REPORT FORM AAA TO FILE A.PRN and aske the user to send the file to the printer (COPY A.PRN LPT1 at the DOS prompt)
- Print the report and fax it to the client
