Sridhar, first you can display a Wang image in a general field without any of the automation backend by using the Ole BoundControl. If you want to display it using the wang edit control the image file must exist as a link to the general field. Then you could use the control to display. Also the Wang Image Edit Control is not available in Windows 98. The imaging program changed to Kodak and the control is now Kodak Image Edit Control. A note to remember when storing images in a general field: I found that in most cases these images take up alot of disk space when appended to the general field. You might be better off using the image controls only for annotations, printing, display, zooming, etc. Good luck. I hope I answered your question.
