wwIPstuff, as Josh mentioned is great. But it's RAS funcitons only work under WinNT. If you need to do this in Win95, just use

RUN /N RunDLL rnaui.dll,rnadial MyConnection

where myconnection is the name of your connection.

Be aware though, that this method gives you no "handle" on the dialup session, so you don't have a way to programmatically hang up.
