>i am writing an application to add to an existing software. Everything works fine, but there is one thing that bugs me a little. In the application, I have an input box that I need to show the user, but my input box is not attached to the software, it acts (and is) a completely other application that simply interacts with the software meaning that the user can continue working with the software even if my app is still running.
