Dear Foxpro Fans I am busy converting approx 500's of foxpro screens from fpd26 to VFP5. I am using the default "san sheriff " font and a Functional conversion. The problem with this conversion is that the display of the textboxes is shorter than the actual character length of the field. I can manually modify the form or write a routine to change the width and inputmask property. My limited experience of fonts and pixels are dicey. I am not sure if I am approaching this problem correctly? I am looking for a generic automated solution than can be run over and over again from fpd26 to vfp until such time we stop using fpd26. Can any of u please advise me what is the recommended solution? I am interest in a painless working functional conversion where the display width and inputmask is as per the length of the per field/variable being displayed/updated. Any help in this regard will kindly appreciated. Regards Gan
