Yes this is true. It is a Navigator not a data colecter. But you can get the archives and export any messages to a DBF. But yes you need to get the archive and it not free.

UT is a independent service owned by Fournier Transformation ( One man shope ). Getting your UTPM or the archives help to paye for the infratructure.
