I've added the KB article fix to one of my applications. Everything seems fine at my development site. I'll ask my clients to test it tomorrow. I hope it works. This has been bugging my clients for months.

>You're right, it can't hurt. What I was suggesting was a test to see if a simple listing would cause it as well. If it did, then the solution as described in the KB article probably wouldn't work.
