Thanks for the reminder. I was making the (too huge) assumption that the LIST FOR was just an example...I don't every think of that command as a production command. :)

Since, I have the luxury of being--to date-- all xBase, I wonder what one can do for optimization against non-xBase backends? Or would one concentrate more on using FetchSize (?)?.
