Firstly, I disagreed that top-level design can be equalized to using timer in _SCREEN. That's oversimplification, at the very least. Obviously, I cannot judge how strong someone's theoretical knowledge about top-form design, I wonder if any 'gross theory' is applicable here at all.
It seems to me that it's not about techniocals even, so let's stop this thread until it becomes too productive.
BTW, English is not my native language either.
