>Two years ago, I was able to remote access the services on a server. I don't remember what needed to be installed on the server and on the workstation in order to be able to do that. I remember I was also able to do the same from the Web. I was able to view the Services from the Control Panel and be able to manager them. Any idea?

You need to grant remote users the rights to administer your system; once that's done, you need to load the remote administration client for the appropriate operating system (there are tools available for Win9x and WinNT; the Win9x tools are a part of the Resource kit).
