I think it was (notice I say was), related to a network problem. My application folder, and the exe I am building, is on a remote server. After talking to several people, there were significant network problems this morning, that caused many application problems. When I tried this morning to build the exe, it would "building project", "building application", then I would get a VFP messagebox about "file does not exist", and it created the app. Now, without doing anything different, it works as it should.
