I doubt that this could work since the WIndows help is a separate program that run in its own process. I suppose that this is only true for DBF style help, although the help file doesn't explicitely say so. If you want to display HTML help within your application in your own window, you can use the WebBrowser control. It's able to display any HTML document in a CHM file. By right clicking the help file and choosing "Properties" you can see the adress that you have to pass to the Navigate() method in order to display such a file.
