If you want to share some variable between form and report, then you may:
LOCAL eMyvariable
eMyvariable=....
REPORT FORM myreport ... && you may use eMyvariable within this report

This is slightly dirty way, so you may extend it in future by initializing some object (right before REPORT FORM ...) and using properties of this object within report form.
