I also notice they are running. SNA Server....
They also seem to be running MS Office directly from this server...

On average 1280 files are open with 4 to 5 locks.

Unfortunatly I must use RLOCK() on an individual record....
Typically 4 or 5 users are looking a record...On 3 to 4 different tables...

I know it's a warning but it happens almost every time....

In performance monitor I can see the server queue length is low....

However, I'm just waiting for the problem to happen so I can see whasup!

There seems to be quite a few read\write operations per second!
